Creating something is one of the most rewarding professions I can imagine. Every step is a gift: researching, brainstorming, designing, prototyping, watching the designs come to life (in the factory or on the screen), and watching people enjoy using them–nothing compares to that, it doesn't matter if you were the designer or you guide the students during their design process.
